Trinity Academy Heathcote is seeking a full-time passionate Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. Our centre is a 76 place private, family owned centre located in the beautiful town of Heathcote. You would be joining a strong, fun team that are passionate about early childhood and have strong relationships with the families and community.

Remuneration: $73,000 to $77,000 per year plus super on a full-time contract

Requirements:
Tertiary qualification in Early Childhood teaching recognised by ACECQA
VIT Teachers Accreditation
Have initiative, be a team player and able to collaborate with other educators
Be able to work shifts between Monday to Friday 6:30 AM to 6:00 PM in a full-time capacity
Current Working with Children Check
Current First Aid certificate including asthma and anaphylaxis (or willing to obtain)
Up to date Child Protection training
Exceptional understanding of the National Quality Standards, Regulations and Early Years Learning Framework
Previous experience in early childhood education and care setting
Passionate about working with young children and providing exceptional care.

Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with families, children and other Educators

Maintain qualification levels in accordance with the current government regulations
Day to day responsibilities:

Preparation, implementation and evaluation of a developmentally appropriate program for individual children or groups, including a kindergarten program based on the approved learning framework.
Ensuring a safe environment is maintained for both staff and children.
Ensuring that records are maintained accurately for each child in their care.
Develop, implement and evaluate daily care routines.
Adhere to services policies and procedures
Liaise with families to ensure children are recieving the high standard of education and care.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $73,000.00 – $77,000.00 per year
