DRD Group are looking for Site based IT Coordinators for a client managing multiple offshore projects. About the role:
Maintain record of IT procedures, configurations, changes, incident and troubleshooting steps.
Monitor and maintain the availability, security, and performance of the IT infrastructure and systems.
Participate in monitoring alerts generated and respond to incidents.
Diagnose and resolve IT issues or incidents that affect the availability, performance, security, and/or functionality of the IT systems.
Collaborate with other IT team members and external vendors to implement, test, and deploy IT solutions and enhancements.
Requirements:
Qualification in related field
Ability to adapt to different situations and organize priorities autonomously to meet deadlines.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Experience in IT support and operations, system administration, or similar role
