We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Regional Sales & CS to lead and grow our sales efforts and maintain CS in the European market for our Real Money Games portfolio.
What You'll Do
Sales Strategy Development and Execution:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets in the European market.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform strategic planning.
Collaborate with the new sales team to enable the conversion of sales initiatives and leads to actual signed agreements.
Customer Relationship Management [CS]:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders in the gaming sector.
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
