The Role
Manage the daily functions of the office operations and business premises.
Support the State Manager with personal assistant duties, minute taking, scheduling meetings and appointments, diary and inbox management, travel bookings, prepare presentations and reporting.
Oversee reception, office cleanliness, and equipment maintenance.
Handle suppliers, stock, inventory, and security access control.
Assist the Director with calendar management, special projects and assistance
Event Management
Distribute and manage uniforms, coordinate team meetings, and implement office policies.
Manage the Office ERP and participate in incident and emergency response planning.
Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes.
Manage debtors/collections, client credit, and invoicing compliance.
Control purchasing processes, raise purchase orders, and maintain financial records.
