What you’ll do:
Reporting to the Housekeeping Manager. You will assist to ensure the highest possible standards and efficiency in the Housekeeping Department. You will assist in providing daily coordination to housekeeping, task allocation and team rosters. You will complete a range of tasks relating to park housekeeping, including the
- Ensure accommodation and venue areas are cleaned and serviced to NRMA Housekeeping Standards
- Organising the supervision of staff
- Planning of daily room requirements, servicing, pre-arrival checks.
- Observation of the resort cleanliness and facilities.
What you’ll bring:
- Experience as a Lead, or experienced Housekeeper in a busy hospitality environment is preferred, however candidates with the right skills and attitude will also be considered;
- Passionate and team-oriented with a "lead from the front" mentality
- Outstanding customer service skills
- A suitable level of fitness with a flexible approach to workloads and a can do attitude
- Ability to work in a team or autonomously;
- Demonstrated flexibility and reliability as the role will be working across a 7 day rotating roster that includes weekends;
