Job Description
As a Cadillac Sales and Customer Experience (CX) Ambassador, you will be joining the wider team at General Motors playing a pivotal role in representing and expanding Cadillac's presence both in Australia and New Zealand.
You will be joining GM at a time of exciting growth, as we establish the Cadillac brand and all-electric portfolio across ANZ. This is a 5-day working week including weekends occasionally.
Your responsibilities will include implementing Cadillac?s customer engagement strategies, guiding customers through their educational and purchasing journey, efficiently managing leads, and ensuring outstanding customer service.
Your primary objective is to drive sales of Cadillac EVs by delivering a confident, no pressure, and exceptional customer experience from initial contact through to post-sale support, all in alignment with Cadillac?s mission to redefine the luxury automotive purchasing experience.
