The Role: The Program Officer will undertake a range of activities to support the effective and efficient functioning of the Departments Program. This role will be responsible for the development, preparation and maintenance of high-quality program documentation including reporting and planning artefacts, briefings, decision papers and presentations. The role will provide senior-level support to the administration of matters relating to Program planning which includes supporting the planning and coordination of events, such as program increment planning days, showcases and retrospectives. The Program Officer will have excellent relationship management skills, forming and maintaining positive working relationships. Skills and Experience Required:
Experience working within large-scale ICT projects or programs, using an Agile methodology.
Experience working effectively to manage competing priorities, with an ability to remain calm under pressure and respond flexibly to change and uncertainty.
