Design and document the HQOTM MPE node.
Review and provide advice on the design and implementation of interfacing systems.
Develop and maintain software components.
Integrate existing software components and applications.
Automate as much as possible for the solution installation.
Build, administer, and support production HQOTM MPE nodes
Transfer knowledge to support personnel as required.
Contribute to training material development as required.
Perform level three support of production system.
Baseline and maintain system configuration control
Maintain software list.
Develop SOPs
