We are seeking a motivated individual with strong leadership skills to provide the day-to-day coordination of staff and functions within the Property & Rates team.
About this Role
As the Coordinator Property & Rates, you will provide an effective and efficient revenue collection process, which ensures that all outstanding monies are collected by the appropriate due dates.
About You
For this position, we are seeking an individual with experience at a management/supervisory level to provide strong leadership and direction over the Property & Rates team of the Finance Division.
You will need:
Demonstrated relevant experience in a related area of rates, property or administration.
Proven effectiveness in written and verbal communication and providing advocacy at a senior level.
Experience with Council rates administration and property
