Our client is a privately owned company, committed to delivering safe, quality outcomes as a specialized supplier of high consequence transport, storage and related supply chain services.
The purpose of the role is to perform all aspects of clerical and administrative duties within our distribution & operations divisions.
Key accountabilities and responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
Process invoices and runsheets with an eye for detail
Liaise directly with customers
Support transport operations and other business units as required
Processing of POD's, SPA's and Weighbridges
Raising consignment notes
Data entry
Follow various processes
Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to achieve desirable outcomes
Other administrative duties as required
The ideal candidate
Experience with processing invoices and/or runsheets preferred
Methodical and able to work with multiple processes
High focus on safety
Have excellent interpersonal communication skills, and ability to communicate with diverse audiences
Ability to work autonomously
Have a can-do attitude
Willingness to complete a range of administrative tasks
Outstanding attention to detail
