FuseWorks Pty Ltd The role is to work with existing clients to review and evaluate existing software and business processes and propose modifications to meet business needs. You will take ownership of a portfolio of clients and manage the relationship between the client, our product, and our business to ensure an amazing ongoing client experience through product suitability and user engagement. You will engage with potential clients to form relationships and partnerships by understanding their software and business process requirements and developing plans for how our products will support their needs. You will also work with our partnership network of complementary technology providers to develop relationships between our products and shared client base. BenefitsTask & Responsibilities work with clients to identify and record their software and business requirements and plans for growth evaluate relevant business processes and procedures; identify and evaluate any problems, opportunities and solutions identify ways in which the business practices can be enhanced with the use of our technology and software for efficiency collaborate with the Sales & Marketing team to inform the creation of proposals for software uplifts and new opportunities collaborate with the Service team to inform implementation of software solutions provide ongoing assistance, guidance and management before and during software upgrades provide client training and support as required create, analyse and validate detailed functional specifications collaborate with the Product team to inform design specifications for the future development of our software Qualification & Experience Bachelor level qualification + 2 years full time relevant work experience.
