The Client Benefits Division has responsibility for the assessment of clients eligibility for compensation and income support. Within the Processing Teams, staff investigate and determine claims for benefits for accepted service-related injuries and diseases under the Veterans Entitlements Act 1986 (VEA), the Military Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 2004 (MRCA) and the Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation (Defence-related Claims) Act 1988 (DRCA).We are looking for a motivated, self-starter with strong leadership, management and communication skills to lead the work of the section in line with established procedure and timeframes.
