Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end processing of accounts payable, including invoice verification, coding, and entry
Match invoices to purchase orders and receipts
Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies
Work with different departments to resolve any issues, get approvals, and clarify invoice details.
Keep our vendor information accurate and updated, including contact details and payment terms.
Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Support the finance team with ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed
Train new team members on our finance processes every month.
Suggest and contribute to ideas for improving our processes.
