Background in, or a strong understanding of supply chain planning
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with process modelling and analysis tools is a plus.
Communicate effectively and with influence with all levels of the organization. This includes being able to clearly articulate ideas, provide feedback, and explain complex concepts in a simple manner.
Think strategically and provide guidance and direction to the team. This includes identifying opportunities for improvement, developing strategies to achieve business objectives, and providing innovative solutions.
Possess strong analytical skills and be able to analyse data and identify trends and exception.
Strong written and verbal communication and the ability to effectively deal with ambiguity and complex scenarios
Be part of a project team and work to tight deadlines
