As our new Receptionist, your role will be to coordinate and perform the day to day administration requirements for our Sales team from a front of house reception position within our Mercedes-Benz dealership in Warwick Farm. Operating in a busy environment you will be using your brilliant multi-tasking skills to maintain a bright and bubbly face to visitors whilst providing high end quality administration support to our teams! To achieve this, your key duties and major activities will include:
Providing exceptional customer service at the front office, providing all customers a warm welcome to the centre and assisting with all aspects.
Answering incoming phone calls and providing assistance over the phone and via email.
Completing front office and administration
