Tertiary Qualifications in Science (Chemistry major preferred)
Proven experience in a managerial role within a laboratory or similar environment.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to drive team performance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
An entrepreneurial spirit and strategic thinking mindset.
Financial acumen, with experience in budget management and cost control.
Commitment to implementing best practices in laboratory operations and customer service.
