What you will be doing:
Working in our Health & Lifestyle team, you will partner with our FMCG clients and enable them to make data driven decisions that will help clients to win new shoppers and increase sales. You will help to improve efficiencies and drive growth through providing analysis, insights, and valuable recommendations. This involves discussing business challenges and providing advice based on your strong understanding of consumer attitudes, behaviours, retail purchasing and consumption trends.
Your day to day responsibilities will involve:
• Defining business problems through consultations with clients and providing solutions to their business needs
• Solving briefs with actionable recommendations through incorporating analysis from different data sources (scan and shopper)
• Providing and presenting insights through storytelling
• Leading client relationships and proactively develop these relationships to deliver against account plan objectives
• Overseeing the client contract, financials, renewal and growth revenue target
• Leading business development activities for targeted accounts
What we’re looking for:
• Previous experience in category management or insights, within a market research agency, FMCG manufacturer or retailer
• Previous experience analysing scan or shopper data
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to effectively mine data and derive actionable insights
• Strong account management, relationship building and client servicing skills
• A creative and curious nature, with the ability to effectively problem solve
• Ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
• Strong communication and presentation skills
