FULL TIME CARPENTER REQUIRED
Alvaro Bros Builders is a boutique builder operating in the Sydney’s exclusive eastern suburbs. We require experienced and a self motivated carpenters to join our award winning team working on Architecturally designed luxury homes.
Works include:
Construction, fitout and finishing of architecturally designed luxury homes including but not limited to;
hanging doors;
fitting locks;
installing architraves, skirtings, wall mouldings;
window installation;
aluminium angles installation;
flooring installation;
cladding works
All aspects of carpentry and core construction as well as preparation for other trades including but not limited to
Reading and interpreting drawings, schedules and specifications
Setting Out
Calculating and ordering materials
Cutting and preparing materials ready for installation
Structural Framing works
Assistance and preparation for other trades including concrete, render, brick/blockwork, waterproofing, hydraulic, electrical, mechanical, plasterboard, tiling etc.
Income = $70K - $79K per annum + Super + Overtime
The right applicants will
Be a fully qualified carpenter with 2+ years post-apprenticeship experience
Have experience in bespoke designs, high-end materials and architecturally details.
Be able to efficiently and competently complete carpentry fix-out work to a high standard including hanging doors, fitting locks, architraves, skirtings, window installation, aluminium angles installation etc
be able to read architectural plans and details.
be fit, enthusiastic and have a great “can-do” work ethic
be a team player willing to assist other trades;
Hold a General WHS Induction Card (“White Card”)
