The Partner Sales and Delivery Enablement lead will work across both the Australian/New Zealand partner sales and delivery team to enable, train and support Freshworks partners in both the GTM motion and delivery enablement. They will be responsible for projects and programs from strategy to execution. This person will develop and deliver effective enablement programs, collaborate with stakeholders and deliver training to the Partners in the ANZ region. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in  product and technical enablement, with experience in delivering training, developing content, and collaborating with both inside and outside teams. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have extremely strong delivery skills, both in-person and virtually, as well as the ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions to improve partner sales and delivery performance. This individual will  have the business acumen to think both strategically and tactically to drive outcomes. They will build relationships with peers and influence future process improvements to deliver sales and implementation enablement programs more effectively..   

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and deliver engaging and informative sales training programs that align with the overall partner sales strategy and goals.

  • Planning, coordinating, and deployment of the necessary training for partners and internal teams

  • Regularly communicate with the ANZ sales and channel teams   to gather feedback, assess needs, and ensure the  partner  enablement program meets the evolving requirements of both channel partners and internal channel sales teams.

  • Collaborate with Partner Enablement Team members in other regions to prioritize content needs in sales and delivery for ANZ partners. 

  • Share best practices , use cases and  success stories with other Partner Enablement Team members. 

  • Taking ownership of identifying partner needs, creating a sales curriculum and live sessions

  • Take responsibility for ensuring 100% completion of training programs and on-time certifications for partners 

  • Monitor and analyze the usage of sales enablement content and courseware

  • Monitor and analyze partner delivery performance via dashboards and surveys

  • Provide the necessary support during partner implementations requiring service and support.
