  • Using a strengths-based approach to guide our assessment, goals and ultimately our intervention
  • We use a combination of standardised and non-standardised assessment, curated to the participants needs to guide our clinical reasoning
  • Exploring and navigating complex cases, engaging in 1:1 supervision as well as team and national based in-services are just some of the ways you can expect to be supported

About Us:

We love nothing more than seeing our participants achieve their goals, we live and breathe capacity building and hope to empower participants by:

  • Using a strengths-based approach to guide our assessment, goals and ultimately our intervention,
  • We use a combination of standardised and non-standardised assessments, curated to the participants needs to guide our clinical reasoning,
  • Delivering much needed Physiotherapy interventions to participants within the setting best matched to their goals, that could be at school, at home, work or in the community, and
  • Collaborating with our local multi-disciplinary team of Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Physiotherapists, Behaviour Support Practitioners and Psychologists.

On a personal level, we are a dynamic bunch of clinicians who exude a passion for disability. We want to see the best in each other, just as we do our participants. 

About you:

  • Current general registration with AHPRA as a Physiotherapist 
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills to manage a varied caseload
  • Proactive attitude, motivated by improvement and the opportunity to test and learn from new ideas
  • Looking for a fun, collaborative and supportive work environment
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently
  • A genuine passion for working in the disability sector
