Lead and manage aged care facilities, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Support facilities during extended leave periods of local managers, stepping in to maintain high-quality service.
Foster a culture of compassion, respect, and inclusivity among staff and residents.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement innovative care solutions.
Monitor and evaluate facility performance, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
