The Opportunity
Civmec are currently seeking Cabler / Optical Fibre Technicians to join our ever-growing team on a Full-Time basis within our Construction Division. The roles will be FIFO from Perth on a 3:1 Roster or Local DIDO. This is a great chance to join our Construction Division and gain ongoing opportunities with Civmec!
Duties and Responsibilities
Installation, termination/splicing and testing of fibreoptic cabling
Installation, termination and testing of CAT6 communications cabling.
Perform other general duties as required
About You
2-3 years Industrial experience
Certificate III in Telecommunications
Nationally Recognised Construction Safety Awareness Card
Previous construction experience within the mining and resources sector (preferable)
