About the position
We're currently looking for a talented and driven individual to join our head office team based in Mulgrave office as a Human Resources Administrator who will be responsible for end-to-end Recruitment of high volume blue collar candidates.
A key emphasis of this role will be to support our business in attracting the right people, ensuring all vacant positions are managed in a timely and efficient manner, while increasing the service levels and delivery of recruitment to the business. You will be driving the collaboration of our managers and operational team to design and maximize our employment, onboarding, and recruitment initiatives.
