Our client is looking for experience Machine Operators - specifically Die Setters & Rotary Operators to join their team, based on their day shift roster. Depending on which machine you are based on for that shift, you will be working in teams of 1-4 staff at a time, completing the end-to-end daily requirements for that machine.
The role:
Assists the team with efficient running of the production equipment
Ensure all die changes and setups are completed quickly and accurately, as well as completing the remainder of the production requirements for the machine i.e. quality checking, stacking, palletising and more
Work closely with supervisors after repairs or die setup prior to handing over to operators
Safely and efficiently operate Gantry Cranes, Walkie Stackers and other similar equipment
Conform to all safety signs and use all safety devices and equipment correctly
