Details: The Fleet Services Business Unit is responsible for the procurement, maintenance and operational availability of the Transport Canberra bus fleet which comprises of around 450 buses, (and over 140 staff) housed across two major depots (with a third under construction) each with a dedicated workshop and one dedicated Major Unit Overhaul specialised workshop.
The Business Unit is a specialist area also providing support, advice, and guidance to Transport Canberra on all matters regarding technical and operational matters.
As part of the ACT Government transition to Zero Emissions, Fleet Services will undertake significant change through procuring new ZE fleet, re-training the workforce to maintain and repair
