In summary, the duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Practice Management:
Manage the Board and Executive Leadership practice.
Collaborate with the B&EL team to implement strategies and achieve KPIs.
Relationship Management:
Actively manage and coordinate relationships with key internal stakeholders, clients, and business partners.
Ensure engagement and commitment to the practice's services and solutions.
Commercial and Professional Discipline:
Proactively manage the commercial and professional disciplines of the practice.
Work with the financial manager to ensure all financial aspects are well-managed and up-to-date.
Administrative Support:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to key personnel.
Manage diaries and travel arrangements.
Create and review proposals.
Maintain detailed reporting, including work-in-progress summaries, client summaries, invoices, and fees to date.
