About the role Currently seeking a Shift Technician / Mechanical Fitter / Maintenance to join a growing team in a state of the art factory. To be successful, you will have experience working as a Maintenance Technician/Engineer in an FMCG manufacturing environment or related industry, a tertiary qualification, and drive and determination to think quickly and stay calm and collected in certain situations. Shift 12 Hour Shifts Day & Nights. Roles & Responsibilities
In conjunction with the leadership team, continuously review systems and processes to improve key operational efficiency measures
Identified any parts needed and maintain an inventory of parts in the stockroom
Drive continuous improvement initiatives
Support production and site activities to optimise productivity and minimise downtime
