About the Role:

We are looking for a confident Geotechnical Engineer with instrumentation experience to support our established Instrumentation & Monitoring Group. If you are passionate about geotechnical instrumentation and monitoring, possess strong technical and commercial acumen, and thrive in client-facing roles, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Your role will involve:
• Collaborating closely with the Principal Engineer on project planning and execution.
• Assisting with technical analysis and problem-solving related to geotechnical instrumentation.
• Engaging confidently with clients to ensure project needs are met and progress smoothly.
• Playing a pivotal role in project success through effective communication and business acumen.
• Managing project teams and resources as required.
• Contributing to the development of innovative geotechnical solutions.
• Supporting the development of winning proposals and managing projects within budget.

About You:

To excel in this role, you should have:
• Several years of experience in geotechnical instrumentation.
• Solid technical expertise and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.
• A commercial mindset to contribute to project success from both technical and business perspectives.
• The ability to critically analyse monitoring data to assess performance.
• Experience collaborating with various engineering disciplines to integrate instrumentation into project designs.
• A proactive approach to staying updated on geotechnical instrumentation technologies and recommending innovative solutions.
