KAEFER Integrated Services Pty Ltd are currently seeking experienced local Project Control Officer/Contract Administrator in Darwin, NT.
Task Involved:
Working with the Operations Manager/Site Superintendent and Supervision in all contractual / commercial operations for the Project in line with contract specifications and obligations.
Compilation of tender and utilize the progress document for commercial purpose
Advising senior management on matters requiring attention and implementing their decisions
Responding to inquiries and resolving problems concerning contracts and services provided.
Collation and analysis of data to produce reports concerning Project budgeting, expenditure, performance and completion outcomes.
Work with operations for scheduling and monitoring of progress.
Collecting and analysing data associated with projects undertaken and reporting on project outcomes.
Responding to inquiries and resolving problems concerning commercial and contractual aspects of the Project.
Monitor utilisation of resources and prepare comparisons against established schedules.
Prepare reports to satisfy the requirements of KAEFER management and other stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with ethical practices and company policies and procedures.
Utilise clear communication channels to ensure that a full understanding of the contractual / commercial requirements is achieved amongst project personnel.
To be considered for any of the above roles you will need to demonstrate following:
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar commercial role on large projects within the Mining, Oil and Gas and Power Industries.
Understanding of commercial and contractual aspects of project activities, Company reputation and the importance of professional document presentation in Client submissions.
Contract and/or commercial experience with project services including fabrication, painting, insulation, scaffolding and access management.
Strong verbal and written English language skills for professional reports and written correspondence, particularly with Contractual / Commercial terminology.
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
An eye for detail and accuracy with numbers.
Able to work under pressure, multi-task, together with the capacity to plan and prioritise workloads in order to meet deadlines.
Proficient in the use of multiple computer applications including the 2010 Microsoft Office Package.
