Role overview
As a Management Consultant, you will share accountability for the day to day running of the business, the development of our people and the delivery of our strategy. Within this you are responsible for the delivery of the product lines, projects and people you lead.
Key responsibilities:
• Conduct process mapping and re- design through to process improvement, including system enhancements and implementations, across a wide range of planning and other supply chain disciplines.
• Support or lead the delivery of selected planning work streams within our consulting assignments for the Company’s clients.
• Develop, deploy & enhance Demand Planning, Inventory Optimisation and Supply Planning processes and systems.
• Lead and manage small to medium size projects.
• Work closely with clients to identify opportunities for improvements, additions, corrections, or clarifications.
• Drive client engagement by visiting client sites on a regular basis, providing hands-on support, with allocated training and development time.
• Take a leading role in developing and coaching team members.
• Play an active role in sales and networking by identifying and communicating opportunities for repeat business and for supporting the development of new prospects.
• Deliver customer proposals and presentations

About you
• Operational experience, ideally 5 years+ of consulting experience and/or industry experience in a leadership role.
• Deep understanding of Demand Planning, Forecasting, Inventory Optimisation and Replenishment Planning processes and systems and IBP/S&OP best practices.
• A strong background in supply chain planning, including prior experience selling and delivering supply chain consultancy work at a senior level and/or managing supply chain planning.
• Commercial and financial acumen and ability to understand how P&L drives impact and translates into day-to-day decisions.
• Ability to lead end to end supply chain transformations.
• Deep expertise and a wide network of industry contacts.
• Effective at leading, managing and coaching people.
