Administration Officer
Our client is an award-winning building consultant specialising in the facility and building asset management industry. The company is involved with the on-site assessment of assets including schools, hospitals, utilities, transport, aged care, and community facilities as well as the collection of data and innovative reporting of information.
As a result of organic growth within the team and award of multiple projects, our client is seeking a Administration Officer.
The role
Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
Communicating clearly with internal and external stakeholders
Coordinate multiple ongoing projects at the same time.
Handle high volume data and generating reports, primarily using MS Excel and Word
Develop and maintain client relationships and key partnerships.
Data trasfer
Requirements :
Strong communication skills
Ability to multitask; you will be working on 2-3 projects at a time and must
Advanced Word and Excel skills
Considers the importance of teamwork
