About the Role Stowe currently has full-time opportunities for experienced and skilled Electrical Supervisors and Leading Hands to join our construction teams on multiple projects in the coastal town of Coffs Harbour, NSW. Tasks and responsibilities include:
Lead and supervise teams of up to 10-15 workers, ensuring effective collaboration and high performance.
Take ownership of projects with a thorough understanding of their scope of work, specifications, and program requirements.
Develop and maintain proactive and positive working relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and trust.
Plan work activities in advance for tradespeople and apprentices, addressing safety, information, plant and material, resources, and timeframes.
Ensure all work is conducted in accordance with Health, Safety, Environmental & Quality (HSEQ)
