About the role
ARC is looking for a Scheduler to based in the Sydney Metro area, specifically at one of our branches located in McGraths Hill, Glendenning, Wetherill Park, Revesby, Smeaton Grange or Narellan. Working in a fast-paced environment, mainly dealing with residential builders and concreters, you will support the development of priced estimates and production orders for timely deliveries. Key responsibilities:
Co-ordinate customer requirements in conjunction with Sales, Planning, Production and Operations to accurately forecast customer construction projects
Prepare bar bending schedule from the structural & architectural drawings
Data entry by tracking estimates, quotes and orders for general invoicing, administration, purchasing and inventory control
Handling internal and external customer enquiries over the phone and email, ensuring customer satisfaction through effective engagement and positive attitude
Maintain production lead
