Are wanting to kick start your career as a Business Administrator and Receptionist? This is your chance! Gain invaluable hands-on experience whilst completing a 12 Month Traineeship and Certificate III in Business. We are seeking a trainee that has desire to learn and who is eager to start their adminsitration career within the Health Sector. What will you be doing? Supporting the Drug and Alcohol support services team, your duties may include but are not limited to:

Receptionist duties, greeting and welcoming visitors.
Monitoring and responding to inquiries via phone and email.
Maintaining records according to departmental guidelines.
Scheduling appointments for patients.
Any additional administrative duties requested.

About you?

Excellent communication skills and demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
High level organisational skills, professional phone manner and strong attention to detail
A reliable and punctual individual who demonstrates initiative.
Satisfactory completion of a National Police Check
Eligibility criteria applies for this program in relation to work rights, prior qualifications and successfully completing the NSW Health Occupational Assessment, Screening and Vaccination against specified Infections Disease Policy directive.
