About the role
Team Global Express is seeking an MC Driver to commence immediately in Tennyson
This is a Full Time Permanent role, 7.6 hours x 5 Days a week
The successful candidate will be rostered on our PM Shift (2.30pm Starts) and will be eligible for a Shift Allowance of 17.5%
Overtime is available and will be offered on a need by need basis
This role will be primarily site based, operating our Yard Truck in order to transport freight across the site
Freight handling duties including opening Tautliners and Containers
Ensuring the correct movement and distribution of freight in a timely manner.
Carry out all duties within set time frames and follow instructions closely.
Identifying damages and reporting in accordance with site process
Must have a safety first approach and demonstrate WHS practices and procedures consistently
Follow and comply with company procedures, including hazard, near miss
