Responsibilities:
- Monitor and supervise project site works, construction operation and other activities i.e. material delivery, hoisting activity, M&E installation works ets.
- Liaise with project team, contractors, clients, etc. to ensure proper coordination of site works.
- Assist in Testing and Commissioning works and site inspection with Engineers / Project Manager.
- Attend coordination meetings with Builders at site and prepare progress report.
- Monitor and control minimum of material wastage on site.
- Work with safety team in applying appropriate work permit, reports potential hazards, near-missed accident, dangerous occurrence and any unsafe practice.
- Identify and record quality problem through inspection and report to Project Manager.
- To support Engineer / Project Manager in all project activities.
- Participate in design reviews and clarifications at early stages of process and basic engineering works.
- Take part in project planning and scheduling.
- Organize documentation according to the company / project requirements.
- To review As-Built / O&M.
- Undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the Engineer / Project Manager.
Requirements:
- Possess at least a Diploma / Advance Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field.
- At least 2 - 5 years working experience as Project Supervisor or related fields
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- MS Office skills.
- Thorough knowledge of design and visualizations software such as AutoCAD.
- Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices, and performance standards.
- You'll need to be able to travel whenever required.
