Location: Centres located at Broadmeadow and Toronto
This role is paid under the Social, Community, Home Care & Disability Services Award 2010- Level 4
The opportunity:
Working at our Emergency Relief Centre you will be responsible for providing professional and accountable case coordination for emergency relief clients. You will ensure that people seeking emergency relief have access to a wide range of services such as mental health, housing, family support, financial counselling, drug and alcohol and general community services.
