About the role:
We are currently seeking a part-time Tenancy Management Officer to join our team in Gladstone. Our Tenancy Management Officer will provide quality tenancy management for a range of housing options and positive outcomes for tenants as they are supported to transition to self-sustained tenancies.
What will a typical day look like?
Assess the eligibility of applicants seeking accommodation.
Ensure that tenant intake, allocation and matching are conducted in a non-discriminatory and transparent manner.
Effectively communicate tenants rights and obligations.
Involve the tenant in key decision making.
Maintain a strict compliance regime during each tenancy.
Make appropriate decisions regarding linkages and wrap around supports.
