Duties and responsibilities include: 

Assisting an account executive to handle a portfolio of SME and commercial clients, addressing their insurance needs, and assisting an Account Manager with tailored solutions.
Building strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and quick resolution of inquiries.
Collaborating closely with internal teams to provide smooth service.
Helping manage client accounts, including policy renewals, endorsements, and documentation.


We are looking for someone with:



Strong customer service or admin support experience within general insurance, ideally broking 
Excellent communication, collaboration, and multitasking skills.
