Talent Acquisition Leader role based in Sydney CBD salary up to $117,000 plus super Your new company
Hays Human Resources has an 11-month fixed term available for an experienced talent acquisition leader. This role is based in the CBD with a salary up to $117,000+Super. In this role you will be guiding a team of up to eight members. You will be offering direction, training, and support to your team, while also forging collaborative partnerships with internal stakeholders and leaders.
Your new role


Directing and managing the execution of talent acquisition services, guaranteeing prompt and precise fulfilment in line with service level agreements.


Streamlining and enhancing recruitment strategies


Upholding recruitment best practices, ensuring compliance with legal standards, and meeting audit requirements.


Building and maintaining with key stakeholders across the business offering expert recruitment advice and direction.


Playing an active role in HR initiatives aimed at refining processes, benchmarks, and customer service.


Overseeing the distribution of tasks within your team to ensure a well-balanced workload and efficient service provision.


What you'll need to succeed
The right candidate would be an experienced talent acquisition leader with either management experience or looking to step into a management role. It will be advantageous if you have previously worked for the NSW government, but it's not essential.
You will have excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail. You must be able to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, with the ability to manage various priorities across the business. Flexible working arrangements 2 days WFH and 3 days in the office. This role requires an immediate start!
