Splunk Monitoring Engineer Our federal government client is seeking a talented and driven Splunk Monitoring Engineer. The successful candidates will be required to operate across both teams, with the Splunk monitoring engineer role sought to develop and maintain the following technical capabilities. About the role:
Technical development, user configuration, and continuous improvement of Splunk ITSI.
Onboarding of new services into Splunk ITSI including service decomposition and associated testing.
Assist with ITSI documentation and knowledge-based articles.
Development and maintenance of Splunk ITSI dashboarding solutions.
Adds, moves, and changes for existing Splunk ITSI services.
Technical collaboration with key service partners, technical teams, and business.
When required, represent, and assist with technical changes (start to finish) under the ITIL framework
