National Payroll Manager assumes accountability and responsibility for the complete Payroll function for Australia and New Zealand by utilising knowledge, experience and analytical skills to lead and drive the Payroll Services team from both an operational and strategic standpoint. The role will drive continuous process improvement, automation and streamlining efforts to generate greater efficiencies, with a goal to become best in class payroll function Globally. This role works closely with the business to ensure the Payroll function is meeting the changing demands of the business. This involves a high level of forward planning and consideration, to ensure that payroll services are delivered without significant changes in team structure or incremental operational costs.
