WOW Recruitment are seekign a finance administrator to support a thriving business in the renewable energy sector - based in vibrant Surry Hills! In this hybrid role you will be working alongside the finance manager. Your Role:
Customer Invoicing:
Raise customer invoices in Xero, check product information, approve, and send invoices to customers.
Reconcile customer deposits in Xero and CRM.
Conduct debt collection and follow-up on customer payments.
Process customer payments via finance vendors (Brighte/Plenti) the day after installation.
Provide weekly AR reporting.
Reseller Invoicing:
Provide resellers with a breakdown of payable customers each week.
Approve and send invoices to accounts for payment weekly.
Update Master Sales Tracker with payment weekend date.
Manage invoices inbox and file emails once actioned.
STC reconciliation
Ensuring all relevant documents are uploaded and all information is correct
Submit STC claim for each customer within 24 hours of install
Payroll:
Process weekly payroll for permanent
