Reporting to the Infrastructure Delivery Manager, you will be focussed on supporting the technical teams to identify all incoming work, breakdown and understand requirements and plan and support delivery. As a delivery lead you will need to demonstrate strong stakeholder engagement and also coach the team on delivery practices to grow delivery maturity.
Manage the planning and delivery of the projects and features for the team/s.
Support the team to communicate technical and quality priorities to the wider Infrastructure team and business.
Supports the technical team to ensure that initiatives and deliverables are clearly understood, planned and delivered
Meeting objectives and exceeding stakeholder expectations. a combination of project management skills, leadership abilities, and effective communication to drive projects forward and achieve desired outcomes.
Assist with building wider delivery capabilities
