ugls manufacturing & maintenance operations in newcastle are seeking application for a moc technical coordinator for a permanent full-time opportunity.
reporting to the moc manager, the role will be the first point of contact for any issues
for the ugl maintenance fleets in operational service, and to coordinate fault detection and rectification measures between the train driver and the fleet controller.
the position will operate on a 24/7, twelve (12) hour rotational shift work, acting as the primary point of contact for all customers via the moc service desk. furthermore, this role requires input into operational planning for receiving, recording and prioritising maintenance activities for the ugl maintained fleets.
