THE ROLE: As the Client Relations Manager, reporting directly to the Group Head of Client Relations, you will be pivotal in driving occupancy and enhancing client engagement across the region. Assess and report on occupancy and admission trends to inform strategic decisions
Develop and execute sales strategies to maintain high occupancy rates. This includes organising and overseeing sales and promotional events such as open days, expos, and information sessions
Collaborate with local homes to create marketing plans that support community engagement and establish a robust referrer pipeline
