The Hampton Hotel is a bustling country establishment, open seven days a week for lunch and dinner. Our facilities include a public bar, a bistro bar, a 130-seat bistro, and a beer garden. We also boast a unique country courtyard featuring a wood-fired pizza oven, perfect for special events. The Hampton Hotel offers a charming country atmosphere, where our staff thrive in a dynamic environment, consistently serving delicious bistro-style meals.
Key Responsibilities:
· Collaboratively plan and orchestrate the preparation and cooking of food.
· Engage in menu development, manage food and labour cost estimations, and oversee food supply orders.
· Uphold the highest standards for all dishes throughout the preparation and presentation stages.
· Liaise with management, dietitians, and service staff to discuss culinary processes and improvements.
· Demonstrate advanced cooking techniques and provide guidance on culinary procedures.
· Enforce strict hygiene and safety protocols within the kitchen.
Requirements:
· Appropriate qualifications such as Diploma, or equivalent relevant experience.
· A minimum of two-three years of full-time experience in a professional kitchen.
· Flexibility, leadership, and the ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment.
