This position reports to the Director and will work closely with the design and development team as well as external clients.
The Systems Analyst position requires strong business skills and would be responsible for providing oversight for the design, and configuration of the development projects. The incumbent will also be responsible for writing documentation to describe client requirements, estimates of plans, reviewing & analysing requirements and design documents
RESPONSIBILITY:
Provide high level support and project delivery for valued clients and manage client requirements in an effective manner by incident resolution, problem management, service request fulfilment, and change management.
Support and maintenance of customisations of existing systems and business models.
Creating user and training documentation.
Support in deploying solutions where necessary.
MAIN TASKS:
· Maintain and Upgrade current Websites and Software applications.
· Troubleshoot technical issues related to websites and software applications.
· Create web system guidelines and manuals.
· Develop and deliver operational training and workshops for the system users.
· Work closely with the marketing team and provide technical solutions to improve sales and business requirements.
· Configure analytic platforms and implement tagging tools to measure customer data.
· A/B testing set-up and implement using Google Analytics.
Skills/Experience
A Bachelor degree or equivalent in the relevant field with a minimum of 3 year’s work experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
