Reporting directly to the Chef de Cuisine, we are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Sous Chef to join our team on a Full-Time basis.
You will be responsible for ensuring that product quality presentation and service levels are of the highest standards at all times in our Cichetti Club Kitchen.
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate:
