Jacon Equipment, a business unit of Maas Group Holdings, are currently seeking an organised and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team based in Pinkenba, Brisbane.
Reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager, the Customer Service Representative is responsible for handling customer enquiries, parts interpreting and delivering high quality service for our customers.
Key responsibilities:
Problem solver with technical understanding of mining, construction and civil equipment.
Provide consistent and high-quality customer service to our customers.
Handle customer enquiries, parts interpretation, processing quotes, orders, invoices and administration duties as required.
Identifying and resolving customer complaints efficiently and effectively.
Interacting with customers via phone, email and in person.
Growing relationships with customers to uncover new business and sales opportunities.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Demonstrate a strong work ethic.
